Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with every item you purchase from our store. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible via the contact us page and we will work with you to find a solution.

Custom & Personalised items: As your item has been custom made for you we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised and custom orders.
Returns: If you’d like to return something (excluding earrings and personalised and custom items) we’re happy to return it for a refund or exchange for another item. To do this please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and post it back to us within 14 working days in unworn condition. Please note that refunds/exchanges are not inclusive of postage.
Faults: If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once the piece has been inspected by the maker and it has been returned within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. Please note that refunds are not inclusive of postage.Custom and personalised orders

Do you use geniune crystals & pearls?
Yes, they are real stones/crystals and pearls. As these are made by mother nature, they are each unique and one-of-a-kind. Each of our pieces are meticulously hand-picked and finished, ensuring we use the prettiest and best quality stone for your jewellery.
About Gold-Fill & Sterling Silver
Our items are made with 14 karat yellow gold-filled or .925 Sterling Silver materials. In our experience, these are the best quality and longest lasting materials for jewellery (after 100% pure gold.)Unlike dipped or plated metals, gold filled jewellery has a real layer of 14 karat gold bonded to a base metal and is far thicker (up to 100x!) than other types. Gold filled jewellery can be more expensive than other gold variants, this is because it will not tarnish, chip or discolour and with proper care it can last a lifetime.Both sterling silver and gold-filled jewellery is hypoallergenic, perfect for those with sensitive skin.
Jewellery Care
Please avoid any harsh substances on your jewellery, especially the crystals/pearls. This includes perfumes or any type of cleaning chemicals.
Our items are made using water resistant materials (yay!) but as our items are hand made, and a bit more delicate in nature we advise you remove them before swimming or showering and bathing. Just to be safe! Please also remove before sleeping.
To clean your items, simply use a slightly moistened cloth to wipe down the jewellery. All jewellery tarnishes over time with wear and use, so use a polishing cloth to get it shining again.

Repairs
Accidents happen, and we are happy to help! Just send us a message or email and we can help fix your item. Please note, there will be a small fee for the time and materials used to fix your item and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Ordering for bridesmaids, a group or bulk gifts? Please contact us, letting us know what you plan to buy (before checking out!) and we will discuss our discount and gift-packaging options with you.
