• Our jewellery is made by hand, not mass produced. Due to the handmade nature of our items they may look slightly different to the exact item pictured. Your Little Earth piece will be 100% unique to you.
• Our pearls are natural freshwater pearls, meaning there may be slight
variations between your pearls and the ones pictured, however we try to
match them as close as possible!

Australia:
$10 flat rate standard tracked shipping.
$15 flat express tracked shipping.
FREE domestic standard tracked shipping for orders over $120.

All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post.

Please allow additional time for postage to remote addresses as
well as international orders. Please note that the above processing and
shipping times are general guides and are subject to change.

Returns & exchanges:

I want you to be 100% happy with every item you purchase from our
store. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible via the contact us page and we will work with you to find a
solution.

Earrings: Please choose carefully as due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings for change of mind.

Returns: If you’d like to return something (excluding
earrings and personalised and custom items) we’re happy to return it for a refund or exchange for another item.

Turnaround time:
All items are hand made to order. Our processing time is currently 3-6 days + postage time.

Express post is for the shipping method only.  If you need an item in a hurry please contact us to place a rush order. 

Please avoid any harsh substances on your jewellery, especially the
crystals/pearls. This includes perfumes or any type of cleaning
chemicals. Our items are made using water resistant materials
(yay!) but as our items are hand made, and a bit more delicate in nature
we advise you remove them before swimming or showering and bathing.
Just to be safe! Please also remove before sleeping. To clean
your items, simply use a slightly moistened cloth to wipe down the
jewellery. All jewellery tarnishes over time with wear and use, so use a
polishing cloth to get it shining again. 

Our packaging is proudly plastic free and recyclable!

In an effort to reduce waste we try to box multiple pieces in one box
wherever possible. If you prefer your jewels to be packaged in
individual boxes (eg: for gifting) please leave a note for our team at
checkout.
